This document regulates the terms and conditions of use of the website accessed and the commercial relationship that arises between BALNEARI PRATS, SA (hereinafter BALNEARI PRATS) and the users who make the remote contracting of the online Reservation services that appear on the website: www.balneariprats.com .
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making any reservations.
Making a reservation and confirming it by the User implies full acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
By making a reservation on our website, you guarantee that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

Cancellation policy for December 24, 25, 26, 31, 2024, and January 1, 2025
Upon confirmation of your reservation, 100% of the first night's price will be charged.
If you cancel or modify your reservation up to 10 days before your arrival date, 100% of the first night's stay will be refunded.
If you cancel outside the deadline, Balneari Prats will not refund the amount charged.
To cancel or modify a reservation, please send an email to info@blaneariprats.com requesting the cancellation or modification.
Special conditions on December 24, 25, 26, 31, 2024, and January 1, 2025
Boarding: On these days, the rate includes full board, even if you have booked another boarding house (Bed and Breakfast or Half Board). The remaining days booked will be at the chosen boarding house.
Cancellation: 100% of the first night's price will be charged upon confirmation of the reservation.
If you cancel or modify your reservation up to 10 days before your arrival date, you will be charged 100% of the first night's stay.
If you cancel outside the deadline, Balneari Prats will not refund the amount charged.
Use of reservation services
Online pre-booking service:
Pre-booking services are for informational purposes only and are intended to offer users the opportunity to check room availability.
Within 24 hours, the user will receive an email confirming whether their reservation has been made. The reservation will only be binding once accepted by BALNEARI PRATS through email confirmation and subsequent payment by the user.
The user must check the reservation confirmation and notify BALNEARI PRATS immediately by email of any errors.
Online booking service:
The purpose of the reservation service is to reserve rooms and additional services detailed on the BALNEARI PRATS, SA website.
Booking/contracting procedure:
You can browse the website until you find the desired room, promotion, or service. Once located, clicking on it will take you to all the detailed information the website offers. From here, you can add the item to your purchase.
If you are placing an order with us for the first time, you will be asked to register by entering your email address and a password that will allow you to create and access your account.
If you are a registered user with an active account, you must enter your email address and password, and the system will recognize your information.
Once you're logged in, you can continue your purchase and finally confirm the order, where the total price, including VAT and applicable taxes, will be indicated.
If you do not want to place any other orders, you must press the “payment/confirmation” button to validate it.
All reservations are confirmed by payment at the time of booking.
BALNEARI PRATS may charge the reservation amount at any time once the reservation has been made.
Within 24 hours of receiving your acceptance, you will receive order confirmation by email to the address you have provided.
In compliance with current legislation, the process generates the corresponding contract, which will be saved, and the User will have access to it at any time during the purchasing process, even afterward.
Warranty:
If the reservation and payment have been made correctly, this reservation is confirmed and guaranteed from that moment on.
Termination of the contract, cancellation or modification of the reservation (Accommodation):
STANDARD 24H RATE
The credit card is only a means of guarantee.
Cancellations or modifications to reservations by the user will not incur early cancellation fees, provided that they are made up to 24 hours before arrival.
Cancellation or modification of reservations by the user outside the period established in the previous paragraph or failure to show up at BALNEARI PRATS will result in compensation being charged the amount of the first night (VAT and taxes included).
To cancel or modify a reservation, please send an email to info@blaneariprats.com requesting the cancellation or modification.
NON-REFUNDABLE FEE
BALNEARI PRATS will charge the full amount of the stay reserved by the guest at the time of booking (VAT included). This rate is non-refundable.
If BALNEARI PRATS, despite acting with due foresight and diligence, is unable to provide the contracted rooms for reasons not attributable to it and if it is unable to provide the services under the agreed conditions, BALNEARI PRATS may:
(I) Offer the User the possibility of opting for a full refund of the amount paid.
(II) Offer the User a replacement with another product with similar or superior characteristics and specifications to the one initially requested, provided that these meet the User's needs.
(III) Offer the User, if the replacement service is of lower category or quality, a refund of the difference.
Information on exercising the right of withdrawal:
According to article 103.L) of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16 -EDL 2014 / 35453-, Spanish legislation is adapted to the provisions of Directive 2011/83 / EU, of October 25, on consumer rights, which repeals Directives 85/577 / EEC and 97/7 -EDL 2011 / 260927-, the right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts that refer to:
The provision of accommodation services for purposes other than housing, transportation of goods, vehicle rental, food, or services related to recreational activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.
Prices
Prices are only valid in writing and for the period indicated.
The price of each reservation will be indicated during the booking process. In accordance with current legislation, all purchases made through our website are subject to value-added tax. The applicable rate will be the legally applicable rate at any given time.
Prices may change at any time. However, any changes will not affect reservations for which BALNEARI PRATS has already sent a Reservation Confirmation.
Accepted payment methods
For the Standard 24h rate, payment for the reservation can be made at the establishment (credit card details required for guarantee).
-By credit or debit card
The order amount will be charged to your card, so you must enter the card number, expiration date, and the CW2 security code (included on the front). If your card is secure, you will be asked for the relevant security codes.
This data will not be stored or manipulated by us, but will be recorded directly in the corresponding financial institution's payment gateway. For added security, we will use an e-commerce authentication service.
Secure, a system established by Visa / Mastercard / Eurocard, whereby the user is authenticated to their issuing entity and the merchant is authenticated to its acquiring bank.
To ensure the confidentiality and integrity of transactions, they are conducted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol with 256-bit security keys.
The charge will be processed in real time through this payment gateway. If the charge cannot be processed (for any reason), the order will be automatically canceled.

Conflict resolution
Spanish law shall apply to this contract. The parties agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Santa Coloma de Farners for the resolution of any controversy, conflict, or claim arising from this contract, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
Modification of the conditions of sale
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, our policies, and our terms and conditions, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time.
You will be subject to the terms and conditions, policies, and General Conditions in force at the time of booking, unless these terms and conditions, policies, or the General Conditions are changed by law or at the request of public authorities.
If any of these conditions are declared invalid, void, or for any reason ineffective, this condition shall be deemed excluded without this declaration affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining conditions.
Partial nullity
Should any clause of these General Conditions be declared void, the remaining clauses shall remain in effect and shall be interpreted taking into account the intention of the parties and the purpose of these General Conditions.
Failure by BALNEARI PRATS to exercise any right arising from these General Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of that right, unless expressly waived in writing by BALNEARI PRATS or the action that may apply in each case has been prescribed.
