A spa is an establishment where you can have Mineral-Medicinal waters with great contributions and health benefits. The spas have various services and appropriate facilities for taking medicinal and curative baths, many of which also usually provide accommodation.

If you are staying at the hotel, the time of entry to the room is: 14: 00h and the departure of the room: 12: 00h.

The thermal center hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. / 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. For telephone inquiries: 972 470 051, extension 2.

Currently the regulations do not allow pets to enter.

It is recommended to bring a swimsuit, flip flops, bathrobe and pool towel. However, if you do not want to go with excess luggage, you can rent our bathrobe service for a total of € 5 and the towel for € 3.50.

The Prats Spa is a Hotel spa with various services. It offers hydrotherapy, quiromassage, beauty treatments, signature treatments, mud therapy and thermal programs. See treatments of the thermal center.

Facilities include a thermal water pool located in the center of the garden that can be enjoyed by day users and hotel guests. The establishment also has a restaurant with an exquisite and varied menu and a cafeteria to enjoy on the garden terrace of the spa hotel.

The outdoor thermal water pool is free for staying customers and has a cost of € 15 for non-staying customers, subject to availability and time limited to two hours.

They are Waters made up of different mineral elements that provide it with a series of properties. Depending on its composition, each type of Water provides different benefits to the body.

The water of the Balneari Prats flows at a temperature between 56 and 60 ºC. It is a sodium, alkaline, lithium and fluorinated bicarbonate water that also contains silicon, calcium and magnesium.

Breakfast Saturday, Sunday and holidays 07:45 to 10:30

Meals from 13:30 to 15:00

Dinners from 20:30 to 22:00

You can cancel your reservation according to the conditions contracted when making the reservation. There are two types of cancellation: 24 hours before the stay and NON-refundable. Review the conditions when making the reservation.

Parking is free. During check-in you will be asked for your vehicle registration.

If you need anything during your stay, our staff will be happy to assist you at any time.

The spa has refurbished and non-refurbished rooms. Both types of rooms offer a variety of services according to needs and preferences, and are of different sizes. (See room characteristics)
